About Steven Mangas

Steven Mangas is a third-generation real estate advisor and a co-founder of listModern. With a career rooted in both real estate and marketing, Steven brings a unique blend of creative strategy, digital expertise, and architectural appreciation to everything he does.

Born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area, Steven began his real estate journey at just 19, quickly emerging as a pioneer in digital property marketing - leveraging video, social media, and online platforms before they became industry standards. Steven became a licensed Realtor® at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015, when he and his brother, Ron Mangas, Jr., launched listModern with the vision of serving design-forward buyers, sellers, and agents across the country.

Steven is passionate about building brands, creating systems, and telling the story of modern architecture through thoughtful, data-driven marketing. His ability to merge creativity with strategy has helped elevate listings and empower agents to stand out in competitive markets.

In 2021, Steven relocated to Boise, Idaho, where he continues to advise clients and agents while applying his marketing knowledge as a key member of Group One Sotheby’s International Realty. Before becoming licensed in Idaho, Steven served as the brokerage’s Marketing Manager for three years, a role in which he developed marketing initiatives, conducted in-depth market research, and helped train agents on digital tools and best practices.

When he's not working, Steven enjoys exploring the outdoors - skiing, mountain biking, camping, and playing basketball - always in search of his next great adventure.
