About Steven Mangas

Steven’s unique path to real estate comes from a background and education in video production and television broadcasting. In 2009 Steven founded Mangas Video Productions, creating distinct and meaningful content to promote his client's specialties. He quickly became a pioneer of the residential property video to elevate the presentation and marketing within the luxury home markets. Utilizing this experience and filled with new marketing ideas along with a naturally growing interest in architecture, and its effect on how we live, Steven joined his brother, Ron Mangas Jr., at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015, working together on the listModern team.

 

Steven maintains his passion for video and is a connoisseur of modern film and music. He is also an avid DC sports fan, fascinated by the business behind professional sports, and regularly appeared as a panelist on "The Nation's Capital Sports Show," aired on Arlington Independent Media. A relentless innovator Steven connects with the vast creative diversity and expressions found in modern design, continually finding fresh inspirations that are unique in our industry.
